At MELLO, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
